We are in a Joint family of two brothers and all the companies of our group is our mutual joint venture. We have running a Group of Companies since approx. 35 years as

Jitendra Agencies as our old business established by our father at the year 1980. This firm is engaged in trading of Atta, Maida, Suji, Vanaspati, Refined etc.

Shree Chandel Roller Flour Mills Pvt. Ltd. Established in 1997. This unit is involved in Production of Maida, Suji, Atta & Bran the supply of Finished goods is to the Parle, Britannia & ITC.

Shree Chandel Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. Established in 2003. This unit is involved in production of Rice. The supply of finished goods is to the State Government & Food Corporation of India and market.

Shree Chandel Petroleum Pvt. Ltd. Established in 2008. This Unit is involved as a filling station of Diesel, Petrol & Mobil of Essar Oil Limited.


Shree Chandel Food Products Pvt. Ltd. Established in 2009. This unit is involved in production of Maida, Suji, Atta & Bran. The Supply of finished goods is to the Parle, Britannia, Hindustan Unilever Limited & ITC.

Shree Shivshakti Bakers Pvt. Ltd. Established in 2010. This unit is a contract Manufacturing Unit of Parle Products with 5000 MT per month Biscuits manufacturing capacity, And also the only unit in Punjab.

New Basant Automobile Co. as a Petrol, Diesel, Mobil & CNG filling station. Dealer of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. We have Shree Transport Company established in 2006 with 15 trucks running and this is Parle approved Transport. We are the Landlord of Bank of Baroda, Govind Nagar, Kanpur Branch & Bank of Baroda, Govind Nagar, Kanpur ATM. We are the Landlord of Bank of Baroda, Barra, Kanpur Branch & Bank of Baroda, Barra, Kanpur ATM. We are the landlord of UCO Bank, Govind Nagar, Kanpur Brach & UCO Bank, Govind Nagar, Kanpur ATM.
